About Hope Fitness
Hope Fitness is a service that focuses on helping people meet their fitness goals, whether that is to lose weight, gain weight, look a certain way or simply have someone that is going to motivate you to improve their fitness. Hope Fitness is run by myself Ben Hope (hence the name). Currently, having finished 3 A Levels in Sport Studies, achieving the highest grades possible, I have completed modules focusing on Fitness Training, Diet and Nutrition and Coaching. In doing so I feel this has given me the knowledge and passion to help others reach their fitness goals.



At Hope Fitness, we are committed to delivering effective fitness programs that cater to the unique needs and fitness levels of our clients. Our goal is to empower individuals to improve their health, building confidence to become successful people .
Services

1-2-1 coaching
1-2-1 sessions working on the goals that we have identified, constant evaluation of your progress ensuring success. Working together online, in a local gym or at your home it does not matter where, nothing will get in the way of achieving our fitness goals.

Group Sessions
You and a friend are looking to start improving your physical health but aren't sure where to start. Hope Fitness is the place to go. We will work together to achieve our goals set in a group. Group sessions are priced cheaper compared to 1-2-1 sessions yet there is no compromise on quality, making training fun but also affordable

Personalised Diet Plans
With diet being such an important aspect of staying healthy and seeing progress, having the correct diet is vital. That is why Hope Fitness also provides a personalised diet plan focussing on eating the correct nutrients which also taste delicious, making it easy to stick to, helping to see physical progress.
